The short version
We collect only what we need to run Saathi. We never sell your information, never show phone numbers publicly, and will delete everything about you if you ask.
On this website
- Survey answers. Used to decide what to build. If you give your email, we use it only for what you ticked: telling you when Saathi launches, or asking before quoting you.
- Early access list. Your email and phone type, used to send one launch email.
- Contact form. Your name, email and message, used only to reply to you.
- Stories. Your first name, location and story. We publish a story only after reviewing it, and ask first if you left an email.
- Abuse protection. To stop automated spam we store a one-way code made from your internet address and the date. It cannot be turned back into your address.
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
In the app
- Your account: email, name and mobile number.
- Family members you add: name, age, home city, languages, food preference, mobility notes and mobile number.
- Trips: flight number, date, airports, times and seat. Every change is logged so you can see the history.
- Travel day: the journey steps your parent taps through and any help requests.
Other families see only a first name, age, home city, languages and the flight details needed to match. Full names, seats and phone numbers are shared only with families you have both agreed to be introduced to.
